Puppy Agreement

Please carefully read before contacting about a puppy

1. Waiting List, Deposit, Purchase

Waiting List the fee of $25 is non refundable and does not apply to the cost of the puppy. It is only to be added to the list. The seller will make posts to inform of when litter will be born. You will be contacted in a few days of when the puppies are born to place your deposit. If you do not respond within 12 hours it will be assumed you do not want to place a deposit and the seller will move next on the list. You will get to keep your spot on the list for future litters. (ONLY required if interested in being on our waitlist)

Deposit- which will be deducted from the purchase price agreed upon. The NON- REFUNDABLE Deposit is 20% of the purchase price of the puppy. Deposit will hold desired puppy until 8 weeks old.

Purchase-The Buyer agrees to purchase the puppy for the total amount of $[Price], due in full at the time of pickup or before pickup day. 

2. Buyer’s Responsibilities

● Buyer will make arrangements to pick up puppy by 8 weeks old. If Transportation is needed we can assist with finding a shipper at cost of the buyer.
● Buyer agrees that the puppy will be picked up by 8 weeks old or the deposit is forfeited. Only if agreed in writing prior to 8 weeks old, Buyer agrees to pay a boarding fee of $20 per day until the date agreed to be picked up.
● Buyer agrees to provide the puppy with a loving and safe environment, proper nutrition, regular veterinary care, and sufficient exercise and training.

● Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership.

3. Health Agreement

The Puppy will be in good health at the time of the sale, and embodies the characteristics of the breed named above. This Puppy is purebred with purebred parents. The Breeder believes puppy to be in good health at the time of delivery. The Buyer is to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice within 72 business hours from time of delivery or pickup. Failure to do so will void this contract and its guarantees.

If within those 72 hours the puppy is found to have a life-threatening defect, the buyer may return the puppy for a replacement puppy (with equal or lesser value; with same coat, color or gender) as soon as one becomes available. 

This problem must be recognized by a licensed vet and a written copy of the tests/procedures performed and the diagnosis must be sent to the seller within 10 days of the diagnosis of the condition.In addition, BUYER will be responsible for all vet costs associated with the puppy. No refunds will be given to the buyer for vet costs. When the buyer has decided to return a puppy and the seller has been notified, the puppy must be returned to the seller within 2 weeks of written notification to the buyer. If the buyer decides to keep a puppy in the event of a defect being found (and does not make arrangements to return the puppy within 2 weeks of notification of defect), the buyer no longer has any obligation to replace the puppy at any later date. 

The Buyer understands that the Breeder offers No Cash Refunds. If the buyer qualifies for a puppy replacement, then the purchase price will be put towards another puppy of equal or lesser value when one becomes available. Under no circumstances will refunds be made in lieu of a replacement. If Buyer rejects a replacement puppy, all sales become final. 

Under NO CONDITION will the breeder replace this puppy where the breeder was not advised of its being ill beforehand or "put to sleep" without the breeder’s permission. All appropriate shots for the canine’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied at time of delivery. The Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. The Breeder has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies. Puppies are checked by a vet and cleared as healthy before leaving the breeder. 

There is no Guarantee for the ability to breed or show the dog. Therefore, the Breeder does not make any guarantees as to the canine’s adult size, weight, hair, coat, skin conditions, temperament, or train-ability of the canine. The Breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with legal respect to this sale. If there are any disagreements or discrepancies, they must be handled in the state of Kansas and the county of Shawnee, at buyer’s expense in regards to all legal fees. The seller in no way guarantees that this puppy/dog shall win in conformation and/or performance

If the seller determines, by any means, that the puppy/dog is not suitably cared for, or that it has been mentally or physically mistreated, the seller has the right to take full possession of the dog, and transfer papers/registration, without compensation. 

If you have received full rights to the puppy, the puppy should not breed until 1 years of age or fully matured. If this is not followed, the contract will be null and void and the seller has the right to block registration.

4. Refund and Return Policy

No Refunds After Possession Once the Buyer has taken possession of the puppy (i.e., when the puppy leaves the Seller's Premises), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to situations where the Buyer changes their mind, encounters personal issues, or is unable to care for the puppy.


As stated above the puppy can only be returned if within 72 hours a vet has determined an illness. If so Any costs related to the return of the puppy, including transportation, veterinary examinations, and handling fees, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
 

6. Seller’s Representations and Warranties

Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that:

  • The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. 
  • This does NOT cover Cherry eye, Entropion, Allergies, undescended testicles, loose knees or hips, Stenotic nares, elongated soft palate, umbilical hernia, dermatitis, demodectic mange. Sellers will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization.
  • To ensure that Buyer does not euthanize the Dog or take it to an animal shelter, Seller will take the Dog back at any time during the Dog’s lifetime. Seller will not issue a refund or provide another Dog to Buyer.
